混凝土泵車作為我國工程機械的主力機種，被廣泛應(yīng)用于澆注混凝土施工作業(yè)中。泵車的核心技術(shù)就是液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計，由于泵車的工作條件惡劣，要求實現(xiàn)的動作較復(fù)雜，于是對液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計提出了較高要求，其液壓系統(tǒng)也是工程機械液壓系統(tǒng)中較為復(fù)雜的。因此，對泵車液壓系統(tǒng)的分析設(shè)計對推動我國泵車發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。
本次設(shè)計的課題是SY5190THB 25混凝土輸送泵車液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，內(nèi)容首先陳述了課題提出的背景，分析了泵車的發(fā)展趨勢及市場需求，再對泵車的基本構(gòu)造進(jìn)行確定。通過對泵車液壓系統(tǒng)總體分析設(shè)計了開式回路，制定了液壓系統(tǒng)工作原理圖和各回路液壓系統(tǒng)工作原理圖。最后完成對泵送機構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計與計算和配套件選型。
此設(shè)計在整體上結(jié)構(gòu)布局合理,液壓元件的選擇和使用具有較好的經(jīng)濟性和實用性,并且性能方面得到了最好的發(fā)揮。

As the truck's poor working conditions, requested action to achieve more complex, so the design of the hydraulic system put forward high requirements, its hydraulic system in the hydraulic system is more complex. On-pump hydraulic system analysis and design of the overall open circuit, developing the work of the hydraulic system and the circuit schematic diagram of hydraulic system work. Finally completed the design and calculation of pump body and accessories selection.
The design on the whole reasonable structure, selection and use of hydraulic components has a better economy and practicality, and performance was the best play.
