600X900復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)
摘要：國內(nèi)使用的顎式破碎機(jī)類型很多, 復(fù)擺顎式破碎基結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，制造容易、工作可靠、使用維修方便，所以常見的還是傳統(tǒng)的復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)。本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要是為滿足生產(chǎn)需求出料口尺寸：100~200mm；進(jìn)料塊最大尺寸：510mm；產(chǎn)量：75~150噸/小時而研究的。根據(jù)以上要求我設(shè)計(jì)了復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)（PEF600X900）。設(shè)計(jì)分析了顎式破碎機(jī)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和研究顎式破碎機(jī)的意義及復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)尺寸對破碎性能的影響，計(jì)算確定了PEF600X900的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要包括了復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)的動顎、偏心軸、皮帶輪、地基、動顎齒板、機(jī)架等一些重要部件；另外對顎式破碎機(jī)的工作原理及特點(diǎn)和主要部件作了介紹，包括保險(xiǎn)裝置、調(diào)整裝置、機(jī)架結(jié)構(gòu)、潤滑裝置等；同時對機(jī)器參數(shù)（主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、生產(chǎn)能力、破碎力、功率等）作了計(jì)算以及對偏心軸作了設(shè)計(jì)。此外也簡單介紹了破碎的意義、破碎工藝和破碎比的計(jì)算，顎式破碎機(jī)的主要部件的安裝、顎式破碎機(jī)的操作及維修等。

600X900 compound pendulum jaw crusher design
Abstract：There are many type of jaw crusher used in our country, Compound pendulum jaw crusher structure is simple, easy to manufacture, reliable, convenient use of maintenance , so jaw crusher is used very common. This graduation project mainly is for meets the production need: Discharge hole size: 100~200mm; Feeding block greatest size:510mm ; Output: 75~1500t/h. According to above requested ,we designed the duplicate pendulum jaw crusher (PEF600X900) . Project analysis jaw crusher's development present situation and the significance of research in jaw crusher and the influence of breaker’s performance about duplicate pendulum jaw crusher organization size, has determined the PEF600X900 design variable through the computation. The content of this design totally include jaw crusher’s move jaw, eccentric shaft, belt pulley, ground , toothed rack of move jaw, rack and some important components; in other we introduced the principle of jaw crusher , Features of jaw crusher and important components, included insurance unit , adjustment unit, rack structure ,lubrication unit and so on. At the same time, we computed parameter of the machine (the speed of main axle, Productivity, the strength of stave power and so on ) and designed the eccentric shaf . Further more, we simply introduced the significance of stave ,stave technology and the computation of stave strength , Installation of the main components in jaw crusher , the operation and maintenance of jaw crusher and so on.
