摘 要
介紹了軸承蓋冷沖壓成形過(guò)程，經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)軸承蓋的批量生產(chǎn)、零件質(zhì)量、零件結(jié)構(gòu)以及使用要求的分析、研究，按照不降低使用性能為前提，將其確定為沖壓件，用沖壓方法完成零件的加工，沖壓基本工序?yàn)椋郝淞�、拉深、沖孔，然后根據(jù)對(duì)工序的初步計(jì)算，確定工序數(shù)目，如沖壓次數(shù)，拉深次數(shù)，對(duì)工序順序的安排，一般根據(jù)各工序的變形特點(diǎn)，質(zhì)量要求來(lái)確定，由于本工件為帶孔的落料、拉深件，因此先落料，再拉深，最后沖孔，根據(jù)生產(chǎn)批量和條件（沖壓加工條件和模具制造條件）確定工序組合，因?yàn)樯a(chǎn)批量大，所以將各個(gè)工序組合在一起，并用復(fù)合模沖壓，這樣就提高了產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)率。通過(guò)充分利用現(xiàn)代模具制造技術(shù)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械零件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)、優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、優(yōu)化工藝方法能大幅度提高生產(chǎn)效率，這種方法對(duì)類似產(chǎn)品具有一定的借鑒作用。
