差速器設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
在去年金融危機(jī)的影響下，汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的重組給汽車的發(fā)展帶來了新的機(jī)遇，與汽車相關(guān)的各行各業(yè)更加注重汽車的質(zhì)量。差速器作為汽車必不可少的組成部分之一也在汽車市場(chǎng)上產(chǎn)生了激烈的競(jìng)爭。此次就是針對(duì)汽車差速器這一零件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的。本次設(shè)計(jì)主要對(duì)安裝在驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的兩個(gè)半軸之間的差速器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，主要涉及到了差速器非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件如齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，同時(shí)也介紹了差速器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和差速器的種類。對(duì)于差速器的方案選擇和工作原理也作出了簡略的說明。在設(shè)計(jì)中參考了大量的文獻(xiàn)，因此對(duì)差速器的結(jié)構(gòu)和作用有了更透徹的了解。再設(shè)計(jì)出合理適用的差速器的同時(shí)也對(duì)差速器相關(guān)的行業(yè)有了一定得認(rèn)識(shí)。通過繪制差速器的組件圖也讓我在學(xué)習(xí)方面得到了提高。
