蓮子是一種具有極高營養(yǎng)價(jià)值和藥用價(jià)值的綠色食品,在食用前一般先要去除外表皮。目前國內(nèi)外蓮子去皮方法有化學(xué)方法和物理方法兩種,由于化學(xué)方法去除外表皮會(huì)有藥物殘留,有害于人體健康,國家已經(jīng)明令禁止,物理方法則多為機(jī)械式磨皮,該方法存在去皮不徹底、蓮仁損耗量大等問題。為找到一種去皮效率高、且蓮仁損耗少的蓮子去皮方式。本文從現(xiàn)有滾筒砂輪磨削工藝出發(fā),在其基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提出了滾筒式砂輪粗精磨磨削工藝,本工藝旨在解決滾筒式砂輪工藝在蓮子加工過程中磨削去皮不徹底、蓮仁損耗大等問題,提高蓮子的磨削效率,減輕加工損耗,降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高蓮子產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。對(duì)此展開了一系列理論設(shè)計(jì),論文主要完成了以下工作:
(1)闡述砂輪磨削理論,確定加工工藝的可行性;
(2)結(jié)合現(xiàn)有蓮子滾筒砂輪磨削工藝,提出了改進(jìn)方案,對(duì)比分析,確定滾筒式砂輪粗精磨磨削工藝,完成蓮子磨皮機(jī)總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和相關(guān)部件選型;
(3)基于 UG NX8.0 建立零部件實(shí)體模型,裝配成虛擬樣機(jī)。

To find a higher efficiency of peeling, Qie Lianren loss less lotus seed peeling method. This paper from the existing roller grinding process, to improve on its basis, the drum type grinding wheel of coarse and fine grinding process, this process is designed to solve the drum type grinding wheel grinding process in the seed processing peeled not thoroughly, Lian Ren loss and other issues, improve the grinding efficiency of lotus seed, reduce processing losses, reduce the production cost lotus seeds, improve industrial economic benefit. Launched a series of design theory, the paper mainly completed the following work:
(1) the grinding wheel, grinding theory, the feasibility of determining process;
(2) combined with the existing lotus roller grinding process, put forward the improvement scheme, comparative analysis, determine the drum type grinding wheel diameter Fine grinding process, complete the overall structure of lotus seed grindingmachine design and parts selection of skin;
(3) UG NX8.0 to establish the model based on the assembly of parts, virtual prototype.
