摘 要：本文對水杯的技術(shù)要求和工藝結(jié)構(gòu)進行了分析，確定了工藝方案及模具形式。而且對水杯進行了相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的分析與計算, 根據(jù)分析結(jié)果選注塑機和注塑工藝，從而確定聚丙烯水杯設(shè)計思路及方案，最后在設(shè)計過程中運用Pro/E、Auto CAD軟件進行注塑模結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與計算并繪制出模具總裝圖以及部分非標準圖形。從而得出完整的理論設(shè)計結(jié)果,為今后工程設(shè)計打下了基礎(chǔ)。

Design of Injection Mold of Polypropylene Cup
Abstract: This paper analyzes the technological requirements and the technical structures of polypropylene cup to determine the technical solution and the mold styles. This paper also analyzes and calculates the relevant data of the cup, and whereupon selects the injection machine and injection technique, determines the design idea, makes the general drawing of mold, and some non-standard drawings with SWLIDWORK、Pro/E and AutoCAD, to obtain the final theoretical design. The design lays a foundation for future design.
